Blowing in the winds...

"..... It’s a picture of the scene after a bombing in Baghdad yesterday. Adding to the chaos of the bombing which killed at least 21 people and injured at least 66 was a shooter, maybe targeting people in the crowd. Amid all the Iraqis who are running from the gunfire was a U.S. soldier, standing tall, perhaps looking in the direction of the gunshots, not apparently looking for cover. An Iraqi boy seeks shelter behind the soldier, a member of the 82nd Airborne Division...... Source : The Swamp, Chicago Tribune"

May God bless all those courageous and honour-draped peace makers !!!!! May the truth saves the innocent Iraqis from sufferings.......

The righteous people spoke again.....

Approximately 200 hundred demonstrators held a noisy demonstration outside the US Embassy on March 18 2007 in Kuala Lumpur, to protest the continued deployment of United States' troops in Iraq. The protestors also put up anti Bush posters and banners.

Four years ago, with the help of Iraqi, the USA's and British armies invaded Iraq and deposed the regime of Sadam Hussein.

The 200 hundred noisy demonstrators does not represent the views of majority of Malaysian. The fact is, the United States and British Armies are deployed in Iraq at the invitation of the present Iraqi Government. So, it is really none of our business to noisily demonstrating our biased perceptions and opinions to take side with the warring factions in Iraq. Majority of Malaysian would like to stay neutral, not to complicate the delicate situations, and let the Iraqi and United States governments implement their best strategies to curb violences and terrorisms in Iraq. The Iraqi government had seeked the deployment of United States troop in Iraq, so let us not meddled with the preferences of the Iraqi government and the internal affairs of Iraq. Frankly, it would do Iraqi a lot of good if the protestors can keep their misguided opinions and perceived grievances to themselves. Majority of Malaysians, in general, would like to remain as friends to the Americans and Iraqi. And majority of Malaysians sincerely hope the Iraqi government, with the help of United States and other nations, can resolved the lawlessness, to bring peace and prosperity to Iraq.

Let us keep the streets of Kuala Lumpur free of uneccessary demonstrations and noisy protests. Stop the kowpek kowbooism mentality. If those 200 hundred protests really have the uncontrollable urges to express their righteousness and grievances, I sincerely hope they can get their priorities rights by assembling in front of the Thai embassy to protest against the despicable and cowardice acts committed by the the terrorists in Southern Thailand against innocent, peaceful, and defenseless Buddhists. The violences in Southern Thailand are closer to the border of Malaysia. Please state your righteous and noisy stand to demand the Thai government to take tougher actions against those terrorists in southern Thailand. It really pained me to see those terrorists committing mass murders and criminal acts against my fellow innocent and peaceful Buddhists in southern Thailand.

May God bless Iraq with early return to peace and prosperity. And, may God punished those terrorists and those biased bastards who directly or indirectly supported the terrorists to commit violences and criminal acts. The world will be very peaceful if these perpectually misguided and intolerance grievances seekers can be completely wipe out from the face of earth and forever locked in Hell.

Blessed are the peace keepers !!!! Namo Amithaba Buddha.

Sadam Hussein Hanged

Former Iraqi president, Saddam Hussein, 69, was executed by hanging shortly before 6 a.m. (10:00 p.m. EST) on Saturday at the start of Eid Al-Adha holiday. Saddam's half-brother Barzan al-Tikriti and former judge Awad al-Bander were also executed by hanging on Saturday.

Sadam Hussein was ousted in April 2003 by the invasion of multi-nations force led by United States. He was found hiding in a hole ner his home town in Tikrit and subsequently caputured in December 2003. In November 5th 2006, he was convicted of crimes against humaniy over the killings of Shi'ite villagers in Dujail in 1982. He was also put on trial in August 2006 for Genocides against Iraqi Kurds.

Sadam Hussein became President o Iraq in 1979. In 1980, Iraq invaded Iran and enggage in a warfare that lasted 8 years, during which, thousands of people were killed. In 1990, he led Iraq to invade Kuwait but was defeated and expelled by the United States in battle he called "Mother of all battles". In 2003, prior to Iraq being invaded, he was accused of sponsoring terrorism and developing weapons of mass destructions.

For three decades, Sadam ruled Iraq ruthlessly with aboslute power. He survived wars with neighbouring countries, uprisings, coup plots, and assassinations attempts. But his luck run out in 2003. Iraqi, having enough of his bloodied insanity, aided the invading armies to toppled him. Iraqi cheered and celebrated on the streets when his commanding statue was demolished. When he was caputured and and sentenced to death, Iraqi greeted the news by celebrating on the streets. What a sad way to depart for a president who claimed to be the patriot and champion of Iraqi people. He overstayed his welcome. Those who ruled by oppressions and deceptions will eventually end up receiving criminal dealth.

But, looking at the unauthorized version of the video clip, it does gave me an impression that Sadam did not received justice but REVENGE from the Shite muslims. The Iraqi court had put him on trial and sentenced him to death. But as an outsider looking from outside Iraq, the execution was not dignified at all. It gave me an impression that whole trial procedure was rushed to put him to death. If Sadam was indeed responsible for thousand of deaths in Iraq, but the manner he was executed does reflect that the present Iraqi government is no better either. This is not how civilized government should behave.

May God forgive Sadam's misdeeds and bless his soul. May Iraqi live in Peace and Prosperity. Namo Amithaba Buddha.

Sadam received death penalty. Iraqi celebrates

BAGHDAD, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Iraq's High Tribunal on Sunday handed down death penalty by hanging to ousted President Saddam Hussein and two of his senior aides for the Dujail case.

Saddam's half brother and former intelligence chief Barzan Ibrahim and Awad Hamad al-Bandar, chief judge of Saddam's Revolutionary Court, were sentenced to death over the execution of 148 people of Dujail in crackdown on the town after a failed assassination attempt against Saddam in 1982.

Despite a curfew imposed on Baghdad, thousands of Iraqi Shiites took to the streets in Sadr City to celebrate the verdict, raising posters of Shiite radical cleric Muqtada al-Sadr.

In a statement issued by his office, al-Sadr called for peaceful celebrations and urged people not to attack Sunnis.

"You are called upon now to pray a thanksgiving prayer," said the statement, which was read out through loudspeakers of mosques across the Shiite slum.

Similar celebrations were reported in other Shiite districts of the capital and other cities, most of them apparently peaceful.

Iraqi Sunnis, who once dominated during Saddam's reign, protested against the verdict shortly after it was announced.

Hundreds of residents in Saddam's hometown of Tikrit, some 170 km north of Baghdad, demonstrated to voice opposition to the verdict in the Arba'ien Street despite a curfew imposed on Salahudin province.

"God is greater that traitors and agents of America," the demonstrators chanted.

A local police source told Xinhua that the number of the demonstrators was increasing despite U.S. troops "shot bullets in the air to disperse the protesters."

In the town of Baiji, some 200 km north of Baghdad, U.S. troops detained some demonstrators who insisted on taking to the streets to protest against Saddam's death penalty.
