The plot thickened, but where are the murderers ?

Asia Sentinel reported that “...An influential Malaysian Web journalist alleges that Najib Tun Razak's wife was present when the Mongolian translator was murdered in 2006. In an explosive statutory declaration to a Malaysian court, one of Malaysia’s most prominent web journalists has alleged that the wife of Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak as well as a Malaysian Army officer and the officer’s wife were directly involved in the murder of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu on October 19, 2006, and that people at the very top of the Malaysian government are aware of the fact.....” Read further at Malaysian Deputy Premier's Wife Allegedly Linked to Murder

The Deputy Prime Minister's wife was physically involved in the murder of a Mongolian citizen ? This week indeed starts with an explosive C4 bang ! I do wonder, how come none of the Malaysia's MSM gave prominent coverage on this explosive revelation ? The question is, is the Statutory Declaration filed by Raja Petra the truth nothing but the whole truth ? In his Statutory Declaration, Raja Petra also alleges that the Prime Minister and few other high profile people have information on the involvement of the Deputy Prime Minister's wife in the murder of Mongolian Altantuya Sharibun. The murder trial has been going for more than a year now, but how come this “evidence” was not brought up in the on-going trial ?

This news report by Asia Sentinel does made Malaysia looks like a despotic, lawless, and mugabed nation in the eyes of civilized nations. I do sincerely hope that the Statutory Declaration made by Raja Petra is merely a fragment of his journalistic imagination. But whatever it is, to a layman like me, it seemed real. I do hope the Prime Minister can view this news report seriously and immediately initiate investigation to restore the good name of Malaysia. After all, this crime involved the murdering of foreigner with two bullets in her head, than blown up her body using military explosive to destroy evidence. How barbaric can it be ? Malaysians have the rights to know whether there is a cover up of high profiles people's involvement in this barbaric crime. In extreme situation like this, elegant silent is not an appreciated option. The Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister must come out in the open to clear their names. Otherwise, Malaysians will forever be made a laughing stocks and accorded disrespects by the international community.

This murder case has gone on for far too long, and it is an injustice to the victim's family as well. Let's have the political will and moral commitment to throw all resources available to bring the real perpetrator(s) of this barbaric and heinous crime to justice. Maybe, to established credibility and professional handling, the authority should also request the help of Scotland Yard and American FBI to help out. Let's apprehend and send all those barbaric criminals to the gallows to restore the good name of Malaysia.

I pray for the soul of the murdered victim. May the almighty lift her soul to enlightenment. May the family members of the murdered victim be blessed with the grace and courage to accept their precious lost and move on with their life. May the murderers be forever have sleepless nights, live in hell, and eventually bought to the gallows.

It is a crime to be sexy ?

......A Malaysian group condemned the uniform worn by girls at government schools, saying it encouraged rape and pre-marital sex............. The white blouse is too transparent for girls and it becomes a source of attraction,............ that covering up according to xxxxxxx precepts was important to fend off social ills, including rape, sexual harassment and even premarital sex....

The above is an extract of a news report published in the local newspaper today. I am a bit blurred now. Am I supposed to accept the argument that the offender is in fact a victim because he can't control his sexual urges ? Indeed I find it very amusing to read such comments from the so called religiously righteous people. On the other hand, I am now also beginning to understand why there are so many sexual criminals out there. Well, what can I say, some people do have a very funny and perverted sense of justice. My honest opinion is, present day society has so much social problems, not because of the dress codes of women, but too many narrow minded and misguided morons with misplaced religious values giving perverted criminals the religious justifications to commit sexual crimes. So, it is religiously correct to blame the victims and defend those criminals who commit sexual crimes ? Wow !

I do not wish to be insensitive to other people religious sensitivity on dress code. But my personal opinion is, if a person want to dress like an Arab, by all means, that is his or her rights. But in their eagerness to glorify their religious values, they should have the same religiosity to respect the rights of others. How can civilized people be sensitive to those religiously misguided people who always felt that it is their right to impose their religious insensitivity on others ? I am sicked and tired of these people's noisy and smelly discharges of contaminated energies. This is the 21st century, not the caveman century. Humanity has evolved to become a civilized society. It is beyond my comprehension of faiths and reasons to see there are still many groups of noisy people glorifying outdated values of human rights.

They said, don't judge a book by its cover. My personal belief is, how a woman dress has nothing to do with her morality and character. She is merely exercising her rights for freedom of expressions. It is a woman's rights to creatively show her perfections through clothings. Why are some of the so called religious inclined people find it so difficult to accept this basic fundamental rights of women ? Is it the fault of the victim if her choice of clothings “provoked” a pervert to lust like a barbaric animal ? So, according to some of these religiously inclined people, it is justified for those perverts to commit sexual crimes ? Why are these so called religiously educated people giving excuses to the sexual predators to justify their perverted sexual crimes ? Well, what can I say ? Some mothers do have them. And Yes, they do walk among us.

My honest feeling is, it is acceptable to have your own standard of morality and brag about the greatness of your religion, but the right thing to do is, KEEP YOUR RELIGIOUSITY TO YOURSELF ! DON'T USE THE GOOD NAME OF YOUR RELIGION TO IMPOSE YOUR MISGUIDED NARROW MINDEDNESS AND STUPIDITIES ON OTHERS. If you are ashamed of the imperfections of your own body, by all means, please use whatever gunnysacks to cover your self. That is your rights. If you insist on revealing clothes to show the artistic imperfections of your body, that is also your rights. But if you persist on invoking your religion to unreasonably impose your biased rights, and expect others to be sensitive to your rights to your misguided intolerances, may I remind you that, not all of us profess the same religion as you. So, please mind your own business, leave the good name of religion alone, and park your religious insensitivity elsewhere !

A sexual offense is a criminal offense. Period. It is a great sin for those who continuously harping on religious justifications to defend those criminals' behaviors. A criminal who committed sexual offense should be punished accordingly. It is despicable to blame the victims simply because those sexually deprived two legged animals can't control their urges.

Pornography Helps prevent sex crimes ?

A research conducted by Antony D’Amato concluded that sharp rise in access to pornography accounts for decline in rape in USA. His published research titled ‘Porn Up, Rape down’ revealed that incidence of rape in the United States has declined 85% in the past 25 years due to easy availability of pornographic materials to teenagers and adults. His research revealed that incidence of rape has declined from 2.7 rapes for every 1,000 people in 1980; by 2004 to ,0.4 per 1000 people, a decline of 85%.

Antony D’Amato is a lawyer and a professor of law at the Northwestern Law School in Chicago, USA,

Further research by Anthony D'Amato also revealed that in places with there are lowest Internet access (to porn sites) were also those with the highest incidence of crime against women. Antony D'Amato reasoned that the substantial decrease in sexual crimes against women in areas where pornography are easily accessible are due to (1) watching pornography eliminate sexual desires. And, (2) Sex has been de-mystified by pornographic films and by the Internet.

Hmm,,,, foods for thoughts. Back to Malaysia, we pride ourselves with highest level of moral and religious values. Holding hands is a crime. Dressing too sexily is also crime. We even raided tourists in the hotel room and demanded to see their married certificate, otherwise, it is a case of "close proximity" crime ! Despite all these holier than thou morality, I wonder why there are so many incest and sexual crimes in Malaysia ? Could it be due to our Censorship Board's over jealous snipping of movies and reading materials to the extend that we are breeding a new generation of sexually ignorance perverts ? Could it be too much faked religiosity being preached ? Or, could it a case of ignorant denials and deprivations of sexuality....... Well, it simply just doesn't make sense anymore... Too many Jackals and Hydes running, walking, and snooping around the corners.....

Put a BIRD and a BEE together, what will you get ? A BABI ?
