A circular state, condoms, and don't trust your man.....

Recently, the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia insisted that Malaysia is an Islamic State, not a secular state. The sentiment attracted various reactions. The Bar council president clarified that Malaysia is a secular state, a legal expert said that Malaysia is neither a Secular nor an Islamic state, MCA's Vice President says that Malaysia is an Islamic Country and not an Islamic State, etc. etc. Pi mai pi mai tang tu ! We are a middle path country that is neither here nor there (it does sounds like a Buddhist philosophy). Evan Almighty, all these while, we are indeed a "Circular State" of insanity ? Well, whatever, who cares about the politicians' executive priviledge of incompetent interpretations ?

General Elections is coming round the corner. Politicians, being politicians, tend to say whatever that is neccessary to be racial champions to fish for more votes to perpetuate their stay in power. May be, to put a stop to all these pre-elections nonsenses, the Prime Minister of Malaysia should forward our sacred document of constitution to a panel of constitution experts appointed by United Nations to provide a non biased interpretation to all Malaysians. There is no points for everybody to beat their chests like monkey reacting to has-beens trying to show their alpha arrogances and political decadences.

I sincerely hope, all politicians will not resort to bring up religious and racial issues from now till General Elections times to seek publicities and popularities. Let's hope these wannabe politicians have the cow senses, responsibilities, and patriotisms to not instigate angers and perpetuate ignorances through racial politics. My observation is, Malaysians of all racial origins have no problem working together and standing united. It is the politically bankrupt and narrow minded politicians that are causing problems to national unity. Just my sincere and frank observations, not offends intended.

So much about Malaysia's politics. let the politicians fart whatever and whenever they want. I believe, most Malaysians had already made up their minds on who to vote for come elections time. So, out of Malaysian courteousy and begged respect, perhaps, we should let those politicians whose political shelf life are nearing expiry date to talk through their rear orifices as much as they want. Let them have their own general erections while the times are slowly running out on them.

Malaysian politics is so predictable and is getting a bit too boring. Let us take a look at the land of Karma Sutra, India. According to Renuka Chowdhury, India's Women and Child Development Minister, "Indian men can not be trusted in their sexual behavior and are the causes of the country's HIV epidemic". Insinuated by her, the HIV problems arise because Indian men are too embarrassed to ask for condoms, and Indian women have little power to negotiate safe sex with their husbands. Maybe, Renuka Chowdhury, as a Minister, should parade in public the condoms used by her husband to encourage other Indian men to always have a pack of rubbers in their pockets.

Not long ago, I did read an article, saying that standard size condoms are too big for small Indian's penises. Perhaps, that could be the sole reason why Indian men are reluctant to use condom during sexual intercourse. To say "Indian men can not be trusted" is, I think a bit too feministly insensitive to male ego.

Quite encouragingly, India has launched a $ 3 billion 5 years plan to fight AIDS with strong focus on the promotion of condom usages from 2 billion condoms to 3.5 billion condoms by year 2012. I hope the Indian government do not end up buying oversized condoms, otherwise, it would a case of 3.5 billion condoms ending up in all the wrong places.

Forget about whether we are a Secular or Circular State, let's not waste our breaths arguing about our state of being or not being. The bread and butter question here is, can I get a grant from the government of Malaysia to built a factory to produce Indian size condoms ? I think with our abundance supply of natural rubber, there is a huge market potential for good natural rubber condoms. The second question is, is it against God's teaching to produce Condoms ?

Oddly enough, bloggers had been subjected to a lot of indirect pressure to "behave" recently. The issues of bloggers was even brought out in parliament! There has been too many uncultured references and remarks by mainstream medias and politicians against bloggers. I do find this indiscriminate discharged of urinary statements against bloggers and the displayed of narrow mindednes a bit irritating and uncalled for. I do agreed, web log should never be used as a license by bloggers to say anything or everything they fancied. But let's not mistaken the balls between our legs as brain and our rear orifice as mouth to assert immoral excuse to directly or indirectly inhibit freedom of expression to curtail everyone's burning desires to uncover and present truths.

Now, back to my rantings. We are living in a time where media and control of information are no longer the privilege commodities of selected few. This is a positive poltical and social evolution from draconian habitat. In the past, news and opinions can only be obtained from printed media, television, and radio, and there are practically no avenue for average people to voice their disagreements and alternative opinions in these controlled medias. However, the mass accessibility of Internet technology has altered this information delivery landscape. Information Technology savvy people, like bloggers, now has easy accessibility and capability to present their own observations and alternative perceptions of issues. Those privileged few who used to have the luxuries to control the free flow of information must now learn to accept these new political and social realities. Gone are the days where information can be negatively massaged, manipulated, and biasedly presented to stir misplaced angers and emotions, or solicit support of the masses to perpetuate the immoral sustainability of power for selected few.

The fact is, people are generally more educated and would like to receive information in a factual, truthful, and honest manner with alternative perspectives. Bloggers have, in one way or another, filled that vacuum. Majority of people resort to read blogs, not neccessarily accept the credibility of the contents of the blogs. But, they want varieties of information in a more truthful and less contaminated manners. So, if the mainstream medias are losing readerships, I guess it would be more appropriate for the mainstream medias to revamp their editorial policies and contents. Masking in indirect attacks to discredit bloggers are not going to bring back the readerships ! If the politicians are losing support from the people, they should relook into the way they conduct themselves. Blaming the bloggers for highlighting issues related to them are not going to sustain their popularity.

If a blogger disagreed with certain national policy, highlighting and criticize the policy does not necessarily means the blogger is unpatriotic or attempt to sabotage the implementation of the policy. The fact is, as citizens, we can be against many things, disagreed with many policies, or courageously criticize the government or politicians, but these actions are all mutually exclusive to individual noble intention of loyalty to the country. In fact, the rights to criticize and disagree should be jealously encouraged to create a culture of transparency, nobility, and excellence. Can a country progress and be a great nation, if all the citizens need permission from the "Dear and beloved" leaders to voice the opinions and disagreements or parroting the uniformed political propaganda in unison ? Sincerely, do we need guidelines from these misguided "Dear and Beloved leaders" when come to expressing ourselves ? I for one, is not that type of submissive pervert ! Are you ?

I am not deluded to think that, with blogging, I can say anything I want at anytime and in anywhere I like. But from my heart, I do sincerely believe, if anybody disagreed with or felt injured by my blog contents, by all means, please present your honest and truthful opinions and observations in the comment section to dispute my blog contents. I hate to subject myself in an atmosphere where I fear the risks and consequences of persecutions, harassments, fines, imprisonment, etc. for speaking out my perceptions against certain issues. If you used your temporary power to silence me because you don't like what you read, you are directly and dangerously curtailing the sacred freedom of expressions guaranteed by God. Think of the future consequences and impacts of your actions on the future wellbeing of your children and grandchildren. Would you want them to live in an environment of fears, no freedoms of expressions, and under emotional slavery ? The choice is yours ! Be responsible for your action Today !

To all the selected fews who has limited appreciation for freedom of expressions, my advise is, the world has changed and slowly progressed into a more transparent and open society. You can not turn back the clock now, and you definitely can not control and manipulate the free flow of information. Accept and embrace these new realities, conduct yourselves in a honest manners and be transparent in accepting criticisms and differing opinions. And, most important of all, respect human rights and have the decency of not trying to make life difficult for others in order to protect your own selfish interests.

I understand, political hooligans and elitists used to control what they want others to read, it is indeed scary for them to lose control of the dissemination of information ! But, let's face it, in the first place, these misguided souls have no bloody business to control the free flow of information. Discrediting the bloggers to protect their image and sustainability ? What does that make them ? A statesman ? A national leader ? a torch bearer of rights and morality ? Honestly, I would prefer you not be a pariah of your own ignorances and stupidities.....

All bloggers are liars ?

For the past 2 weeks, I had been on medications on and off to combat the sore throats, fevers, coughts, etc. I have also been on medical leave on and off during the same period to recuperate from the unknown virus attacks. My head is a still bit cloggy, but I am still rational....


Today, I was resting at home and do some quick readings of news materials. This little statement caught my attention :

”All bloggers are liars, they cheat people using all kinds of methods. From my understanding, out of 10,000 unemployed bloggers, 8,000 are women.”

Hmmm... this sounds like a mouthful of hatreds from an attention seeker. And this statement came from a Minister who was once served with Bankruptcy notice by Aseam Credit Sdn Bhd ( Subsidiary of Malayan Banking Berhad). Anyway, I would like to give him the benefit of doubt, I believe he is describing his own profession - in this case, it would be more appropriate for him to replace the word "bloggers" with the word "politicians" in the above statement.

So said the Minister. I don't wish to know his farting name or whcih insignificant ministry he is from. Does is really matter what is his farting name and farting ministry ? Of late, there has been too many unconciously incompetent mental retards competing with each other trying to fart louder than the rest. They seemed to enjoy the irritating smells from their decandence orifices and the absurdity that the farting noises can gain them political popularity. This is sickening !!!!!


I wonder where he gets the statistics. From the Department of Statistic or the research team from his Ministry ? Whatever it is, he is hoplessly misguided and intellectually incapable to derive rational conclusions. With that kind of uncultured and ignorant statement, it makes me wonder who is the real LIAR all this while.

So, will there ever be a righteous representative from the New Shit Times rising from among the asses, bearing the torches of faked righteousness to sue the farting minister for defaming Malaysian bloggers ?


Bloggers are not journalists or columnists, they just want to have their little storage spaces in the internet to write their personal observations, conclusions, experiences, and opnions. Stop calling bloggers liars or giving negative insinuations. Deep within your hearts, aren't you looking at the mirror and describing your own reflections ? To all the assholes out there, all these while, all bloggers have been behaving like true ladies and gentlemen, stop picking fight with bloggers ! Try to have a little decency to respect freedom of experessions and truths. You have problems with that ?

The dogs, the cats, and the Malaysians.....

Malaysians are, at times, a very inconsiderate lot.

Take for example, the dog owners, I really appreciate the fact that most of the dog owners are super caring pet lovers. But what I find it difficult to accept is, most dog owners who took their dogs for an evening or morning walks in the parks or residential roads, lacked sense of social responsibilities. On many instances, the dog owners just let the dog dropped their feces on the parks or residential roads without having the courteousy to scope up the feces and properly disposing it off. Some dog owners, mistakenly thinking that their 22' x 75' terrace houses are huge palaces, keep big size dog or multiple dogs in a small compound, making the uncomfortable dogs howlings and barkings all day long without giving due considerations to the neighbours' peace of minds.

Talk about cat owners. I am equally frustrated with their pea brain mentality. Every morning, without failed, I have the honour to scope the cat droppings in my garden for disposal, otherwise, my small garden stinked. Come to think of it, I recalled in the villages, the cats usually have the sanitary manner of digging a hole, drop the feces in the hole, then cover it up with the sands. But the city cats is another breed altogether, probably having the same mentality as their owners. They just jump into your small garden, shit on whatever spot they like, shake their fat ass and meowed off just like that ! The city cat are real Kurang ajar and uncultured cats ! Would the cat owners have the basic decency to keep their cats in the cage, make sure they drop their bombs inside the cages, before they are let out to romp the neighbourhoods' gardens ?

On many instances, my sleeps are disturbed. Simply because there are bunch of cats on heats near the vicinities of my house. The male cats will meowed "Mau..... Maaaaaauuuuuuu", and female cats will meowed "Tak mau.... taaaak maaaaaauuuuuuuu...." And, all the non stop snatching and scratching sounds of the cats meowing in orgasms..... Does the sounds made me horny ? NO ! It really made me REALLY PISSED OFF with the cats.

Would the local town council do something about the dog and cat owners ? Don't just go after the dog owners. Please also go after the strayed cats and educate the uncultured cat owners to be more responsible pet owners.

Well, what else can I say ? I need a cup of coffee to ........ forget it. Better go to sleep now......

My top ten Malaysian's foods

This morning, woke up a bit late, and naturally was late for office. Habitually, it doen't really matter what time I reached office. The first place of visit during weekday is to go to the coffee shop to have my breakfast. Breakfast for today ? Funny, my favorite fried koayteow ( fried rice noodle) is not available today, and I can't decide what to take for breakfast today. Probably a bit bored with all those other usual hawker foods around the vicinity of my office. Maybe I will change my venue for breakfast tomorrow. Maybe I will have Dimsum for a change tomorrow. Maybe I will shift my office to somewhere where there are more varieties of foods . Why not ?
Talking about foods, what are my top ten favorite foods ? Here goes my choices :

1) Charsiew & Siewyoke (Barbecue Pork & roasted Pork). Halal or non halal, who cares ? I am not a Muslim. Barbecue Pork & roasted pork are my favorite and most popular in Malaysia, Go to any coffee shop in Malaysia, there will be at least one hawker stall selling Charsiew and Siewyoke Fun (rice). There are easily thousands of hawker stalls in Malaysia specializing in this gastronomic fares.

2) Instant Noodles would probably rated number Two in my Malaysians' top ten foods. Go to any Malaysian's home, you will probably find packets of instant noodles of various flavours in the Kitchen. I grow up in a generation where I am constantly being bombarded with TV advertisement by Maggie Mee's "cepat di mask, sedap di maken" or "fast to cook, nice to eat". Believe me, in another twenty years time. Instant Noodle will become part of our culture and the national diets.

3) Bak Kut Teh. Stewed pork in black herbal soup. This has been my favorite Sunday breakfast for the past "many" years. Friends and family members has warned me that this soup is extremely high in cholesterol, and at my age, I should reduce consumption of this sinfully delicious foods. But who cares ? There are many type of foods out there that are much more dangerous than my pot of harmless looking bak kut teh.

4) Poh Piah. Mixed vegetables stuffed in thin bread spread or commonly known as Spring Roll. When I was broke and living from hand to mouth in Penang. I befriended a hawker selling spring rolls. The daily unsold Spring roll was my daily diet for many months. The humble spring roll nurtured my characters ! However, my opinion is, the best Spring rolls are from Ipoh and Taiping.

5) Sweet potatoes porridge. This is one of my favorite weekday lunch. You usually eat the porridge with side dishes such as fried eggs with salted white carrot, stewed pork, deep fried pork intestines, etc. Sadly, there are not many restaurant serving this type of porridge anymore. But I recently found one new restaurant in Shah Alam serving sweet potatoes porridge, and it has been one of my regular lunch venue.

6) Chap Fun aka Economic Rice, Mixed rice, etc. One of Malaysians' favorite DIY lunch and dinner usually served in Coffee shops. I acquired the taste for Chap Fun when I first started working in Penang. Nowadays, I eat chap fun for lunch when I am indecisive of what to eat. Chap Fun gave you the freedom to mixed whatever dishes you fancy at less than RM 5.

7) Toasted Breads with Black Coffee. How simple can life be ? Occasionally I love to start my day by tempting my senses with the smell of freshly toasted breads spreads with margarine and the aroma of hot black coffee.

8) Roti Canai with Curry gravy. Indian pancake made of wheat flour, best taken when hot. This is one of my favorite breakfast. Watching the dramatic and acrobatic preparation of roti canai is an experience by itself.

9) Nasi Lemak. Coconut milk rice served with spicy side dishes and Sambal belachan. The Malaysian Indians made the best nasi Lemak.

10) Curry Fish head. The Malaysians of Indian origin served the best curry fish heads. This is one of my favorite dinner time dishes. Many verbal wars has been conducted with my wife over my urge for curry fish head. I am a negotiable and amiable person, but when I have the urge to eat curry fish head, I shall have my way, no further discussion is needed, and definitely no compromise. Either I have my curry fish head or no dinner for everybody !

It is very sad that my religious obligations forbid me to eat beef. But who cares ? Occasionally I do take beef, not as an act of religious defiance, but out of convenient. I seriously doubt God is going to punish me for eating beef. Food is food. I think my God understand. Do you, Mr God ?

The Ugly Malaysians....

I was at the UKM Hospital this morning to attend to some personal matter. I noticed, within the hospital's compound, there are probably more than 500 parking bays for "normal" people, and miserable 4 parking bays for the "handicapped".

What caught my attention was, out of the 4 handicapped parking bays, three bays are conveniently parked by non handicapped drivers.

Hello, the parking bays are reserved for "PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED", not the "MENTALLY HANDICAPPED". Please lah, BE CONSIDERATE !!!!

Malaysia...... I love you

If this world is without races and religions, would the world be a very peaceful place ? Imagine if we are all just Malaysian, and not Malay, Chinese, Indian, or "dan lain lain". Just imagine ! And based on the sensationalized, desensationalized, and indirect references of news reportings and commentaries in the local newspapers, we do have a group of very vocal politicians wanting to be racial pariahs.
With utmost respect to the sensitivities to all Malaysian of different ethnic origins, my laymen conclusion is, in Malaysia, we basically have 3 groups of citizens :
(1) I am not given enough group,
(2) I have given up too much group, and
(3) I am not given anything group
Now here, I am not being sarcastic or insinuating. Please hear me out with an open mind and a generous heart. This is my unqualified observation of the mentality of Malaysians. Demand, demand, and more demands without due regards to the well being of each other. As a matter of fact, these 3 groups of people exist within all the races in Malaysia. The analogy is, it is like a wealthy family having a few vocal children where all children demand bigger and bigger portion of the family's wealths without the need to work for it, because all of them felt that it is their hereditary rights to enjoy the existing wealths. If the parents start playing favouritism, then two things will happen, (a) the wealths will eventually run dried because no new wealth being created, and (b) the family will eventually disintegrate into warring factions. In real life, I believe we have all encountered wealthy family disintegrated into insignificant.
Malaysia happens to be a very blessed country with rich resources and some hardworking citizens. But the problem is, if every groups of citizens champion by irresponsible leaders start demanding to have greater wealth at the expense of each other, without putting in real economic efforts, the system will eventually collapse.
The political reality is, in Malaysia, political parties are form along racial lines. The survival of these political parties depend on championing of issues along racial lines. It is a real planning challenge for the present and future political leadership to decide whether they have the political courages to look beyond race and religion in policy formulation and implementation. Political compromises along racial lines have been the hallmarks of Malaysia success in maintaining racial harmony.
Malaysians now need to look beyond racial politic and evolve as a single national citizenry entity of Malaysian to stay efficient to survive in the ever competitive and changing world.
The fact we need to recognize is, there are poor and rich Chinese, Malay, Indian, and "dan lain lains" races in Malaysia. Poverty and lacked of wealths does not discriminate and exist within all races and in everywhere in the world. It is not right to blanketly deny other races the opportunities to acquire wealth simply because there are a small group of people within those races are rich. It is equally not right to systematically favour only a particular race simply because majority within a particular race is "poor". Therefore, in formulating and implementing policies in the name of fair distribution of wealth, Malaysians must have the moral mindset that, affirmative actions to assist the poor must be channelled to the "poors" and "less fortunate" irregardless of race and religion.
My personal perception is, perhaps I am wrong, Malaysians are all well educated but not learned. Discussions on issues related to race and religion can instigate even the most educated person into emotional irrationality and misplaced angers. The sad fact is, their kind minds are easily manipulated by politically bankrupt politicians whose sole purpose is to sustain their political continuity through unpatriotic racialization of issues.
Wouldn't it be better if we can look at strategic issues as national issues rather than selfishly manipulating the issues at racial and communal levels. What is the point of getting the tree but missing the whole forest ?
At one point or another, I do hope it come sooner. We must all recognize the need to evolve Malaysia as a united country that consists of progressive, moderate, and liberal Malaysians. Racial politics must be strongly discouraged during the ongoing process of our young nationhood. Politicians who seek political survival and popularity by championing racial issues must be treated with contempts and taboo. These irresponsible politicians are out there to sustain their personal interests, and should be rejected by all Malaysians.
Selfish demands in name of perceived racial rights will always result in unfair denial of the rights of other groups of Malaysians. This rent seeking mentality should be discouraged and systematically minimized.
The notion of "equality of races" has always been a taboo word in Malaysia. Simply because, if this notion is pursue and discuss, politicians with biased interests will manipulate the issues as transgression of respective racial rights to generate severe discomforts in inter-racial relationship in Malaysia. For a start, maybe the younger generations of Malaysians must be educated to appreciate the moral values of "equality for all Malaysians" and the evils of racial politics.
Whether we like it or not, there are perceived inequalities from within and outside Malaysia. Racism, no matter how you defined it to make it politically correct, is, but racism. Apartheid, not matter how you justify it, is, but apartheid. Words can always be massaged and rearranged to form beautiful self deceiving statements. But what pride do we have in the eyes of the free world ? The question is, do we as Malaysians, have the courage to rise beyond communal interest and personal greeds to champion the national interests for the benefits of all Malaysians ?
Malaysia must be a nation that is proud of her competitive, free, and moral spirits standing united to explore and seek competitive position in the global market place. Otherwise, the world will continue to watch us and clap their hand to acknowledge the clowns.
I am not a political analyst, I am writing this post as a Malaysian who sincerely care for the strategic significant of Malaysia in the World. This posting is not meant to stir racial discomforts or question the racial rights of Malaysians. But as a Malaysian, I do sincerely hope, Malaysians can take greater efforts to put themselves in each others shoes to understand each other's aspirations and frustrations. I do sincerely hope that, in my life time, Malaysia can be evolved into a true meritorious nation of proud "Bangsa Malaysia" with proud traditions of cultural diversities, assuming the indisputable leadership and moral roles in this competitive global village.
I love Malaysia. I love Malaysians. But do Malaysia love me ?. Do other Malaysians love me ?
