Boycott USA again ?

A small consumer association in Malaysia is spearheading a nationwide boycott of US-made products on Friday. Read Boycott of US brands to begin tomorrow.

The consumer association asked its members to boycott US-made product because they supported the HAMAS while the USA supported Israel. Now, are we also going to boycott Australian and European products because these two continents also openly support the Israelis ? For that matter, even the UN Secretary General blamed the HAMAS for starting the WAR in Gaza. Are we going to boycott the United Nations as well ?

The war is fought in Gaza between Israel and Hamas. But we blamed the American. And, recently, we even have a small group of people demonstrating noisily in front of the American embassy. We are asked to boycott the USA because they supported Israel, but what if the USA also asked her citizens to boycott Malaysian products because we supported the HAMAS ?

I do not wish to be offensive, but my personal view is, the Middle East region ( Israel included) is the most barbaric regions in the world, the inhabitants there are a disgrace to humanity. These people out there seemed to have never ending satiations for violent and bloods. HAMAS seemed to think that it is their rights to launch deadly Qassam rockets into residential areas of Israel, while Israel also think that it is her rights to attack senselessly and disproportionately with no regards for innocent civilians. As far as I am concerned, both parties are equally barbaric, evil, and guilty of crimes against humanity. If we want to condemn, then we should not take side but to condemn both Israel and HAMAS !

Let us not be a hypocrites in taking side to demonstrate and show our support for either Hamas or Israel. Why waste our energy and time to create new enemies for ourself by boycotting the USA ? Aren't the Americans also like some Malaysians ? Simply because some Malaysians supported HAMAS while some Americans supported Israel, we seemed to think that we have the moral authority to condemn another country because their understanding and opinions differ from ours ? Let us all not to be so misguided and blinded to offer support based on our emotional biases and religious preferences. As far as I am concerned, it pains me to see innocent Israelis and Palestinian civilians suffer in this senseless and never ending conflicts.

HAMAS can go to Hell, the Israelis military can go to Hell, and so is the supporters of both HAMAS and Israel. For those who seemed to think that it is righteous to support Hamas or Israel in this conflict, please book a flight ticket to go to the war zones to fight on their behalf. Please stop disturbing the peace in Malaysia with your noisy demonstrations and boycotting activities.

Why do we always blame the USA for the insane conflict in the Middle East ? As a biased supporter of of one of the conflicting parties, do we, Malaysians, still have the moral authority and fairness to throw condemnations and accusations at other countries simply because they choose to side the parties opposed by us ? Well, a noisy group of self professed moral minority does not represent the rest of the majority of Malaysians.

I am posting this journal entry using Blogger ( the server resides in USA ), an Intel powered notebook ( Intel is an American technology ), and Microsoft Office ( Microsoft is also an American company). Many of my close friends work in American companies. I am insured by AIA ( American Insurance company). I also derive my income from American technologies. Now, should I throw away my computer, cancel my insurance policy, and asked my friends to quit their jobs ? Would you also do the same ?

I would like to believe that the administration of the government of Malaysia to a certain extent, are driven by Microsoft software and American computing technologies. For that matter, I also believe that most of the Takalful insurance companies in Malaysia are using American computing technologies and computer software to issue insurance policies, statements, etc. How about also asking them to boycott products from these infidel companies ? I shake my head......

Call me a hypocrite, narrow minded, insensitive, or whatever you want. But in your eagerness to express your righteousness, I do hope you still possess some basic decency to respect differences in opinions and observations. After all, these companies we are asked to boycott are also innocent civilians, don't drag them into the war to complicate the economic well beings of innocent Malaysians. I don't think it is right for me to bite the hand that feed me....

We must realize that, by taking side and show our support to warring parties, we are actually instigating, encouraging, and promoting further violences. For those who still insist on supporting Hamas or Israel, please, pity those innocent civilians for paying the horrible price of wars, and park your bloodied fake righteousness and immorality elsewhere.

Let's pray to the Almighty in the name of the Prince of Peace to stop the wars and sufferings. I do sincerely wish all of us can have the capacity to love and be loved. I do hope we can have the grace not to cultivate hatreds against others based on religious differences. Instead of noisy demonstrations and boycotting activities, I do hope all those self professed righteous people can offer prayers in their places of worships to seek divine intervention to bless the Palestinians and Israelis with hearts fill with love and peace.......

Disgusting atrocities against women around the world

It is sad to read about terrible atrocities being committed against so many women and young girls in various parts of the world. These women and young girls suffered in silence and in fear because these barbaric crimes are justified using the name of religions and local cultures. The vctims will never have fair justice on their sides because the rules are set and dictate by the men cultured in barbarism with disgusting satanic mentality. The following is a list of common atrocities suffered by women in various part of the world :

  • Honor Killing
  • Bride burning
  • Acid attacks
  • Female genital mutilation
  • Ritual servitude

Read further at The List Universe.

Well, what can I say, some retarded mothers do have retarded men walking among us to seek recognition for their stupid and barbaric rights to commit barbaric crimes. In this times of modernity, we still have barbarians enjoying the perverted pleasure of inflicting pains and sufferings on defenseless women. In the name of stupid and over glorified religions and cultures, what stupidity and insanity are men incapable of ?

To all those morons who demand sensitivity and respect for their religious and cultural rights to practice these forms of satanic cruelty, please go live in the caves and co-habitate with wild animals of their choices.

The sad plights of some Malaysians......

“An aspiring doctor had her dreams dashed when the Public Services Department (PSD) rejected her application to study medicine overseas. K. Kamine Devi, who scored 10 A1s in last year's SPM, said she had her heart set on becoming a doctor that she even participated in an attachment programme which exposed her to a doctor's job in April.....” Read further HERE.

How could this happened ? The possible reasons could be, either we have too many top scorers in the recent public examinations, or the government can no longer afford to offer scholarship to bright students. I sincerely doubt our present education system is capable of producing too many top students capable of scoring more than 10 A1's. I remembered, many years ago, a professor in a Canadian university, after observing so many sponsored students from Malaysia failed in his class, out of desperations, he remarked “are you people the best talents from your country ? “ Honestly, I don't know what prides these privileged underachievers have, but I do felt ashame to be associated with them. Because of their selfish needs, they brought shames to the country.

I do wonder, on yearly basis, how many scholarships has been given out ? I do hope the Public Services Department can publish a list of students who are given scholarships together with their academic results.

The news article reminded me about a real incident. About a month ago, I was told, a local public listed company conducted a scholarship awards interviewing on short listed candidates in Kuala Lumpur. A number of candidates came for the interviews on chauffeured driven expensive cars. The funny thing is, why would these rich kids from well to do family competing with the poor to deny them the opportunity for better education ? If they can afford expensive vehicles costing hundreds of thousands of Ringgits, can't these rich families afford education for their own children ? Why are they still immorally living like parasites of the society ? For how long can the society sustain this insensitive indecency of these people who are financially well to do, but perpetually mentally under-privileged ?

I do hope those scholarship holders with lower grades of academic results can have the basic decency to return their scholarships, so that deserving students from poor families are not indecently denied the opportunities for better education.

There are always righteous but misguided Malaysians going around the world championing the rights of others ( which is none of our business anyway) in other countries, and some felt they also have the moral authority to shout noisy farting languages towards other fellow Malaysians about their rights and privileges. How about for a start, they empathize with the plights of others in Malaysia, instead of parasitically perpetuating the satisfaction of their unpatriotic and selfish needs ? I do hope these morons can have some right perspective of justice, fair play, and a culture of decency.

I do sincerely hope those who can afford to pay for their children's tertiary education, and those who are academically not qualified to receive scholarships can do the right things by returning the scholarships, so that other truly deserving and poor students are not deny the opportunities to better education. Let face it, a Mat Rempit will never become a Formula One driver. Likewise, an academically incapable student will never become academically inclined. Every Ringgit spend on a worthless and undeserving student, is a Ringgit lost. So, let us not waste our scare resources on them.

Let's us all have fair eyes for humanity. It is a great sin to commit deliberate degradation of human dignity and unfair treatments based on race, religion, creed, or whatsoever. Be fair, play fair, and let's not make life any more difficult for the poor and deserving students. Let us help them to realize their dreams by not denying them the opportunity for better education.

Another sad story.......

I received this sad graphics in my email today :

An industrial accident occurred on 17th. March 2008 at the Malayan Flour Mills premises resulting in the acidental death of 3 persons. On 18th. March, the new MB of Perak, Ir. Nizar and the DAP state assemblyman Ngeh Koo Ham visited the family of one of the victims. The above picture shows the MB spoke in Chinese dialect to console one of the victim's ( Lok Lai Keat, 51) 10 years old daughter, Lok Min Yee.

Sad. I do hope the company can investigate the causes of the accident and take step to ensure the maximum safety of its employee. May the almighty bless the souls of those who died in the accident.

A Malaysian genius became a prostitute....

According to a news article by “News of the World”, she changed her name from Sufiah Yusof to Shilpa Lee. 10 years ago, she was a child prodigy and a genius in maths. Now, at 23 years old, she is a £130-an-hour prostitute.

“SHE was a child maths genius who won a place at Oxford University aged just 13—but now the only sums Sufiah Yusof is interested in are the ones she earns as a HOOKER. For sad Sufiah, the daily equation she has to solve is simply sex equals £130 as she sells her body to punters over the internet. The gifted girl with the winning smile had the world at her feet ten years ago and should be a rich woman by now—but last week she was busy subtracting her underwear for our undercover reporter in her dingy back street flat. “

Take my hands, precious lord....

I saw on CNN the previous evening an inspiring story of Dr Martin Luther King and his mission of civil rights moment to fight for equality for the blacks in America. For his efforts to end segregation and racial discrimination through non violent civil disobedience, King was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. He was assassinated at the age of 39 on April 4, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, but his legacy of championing human rights, fairness, equality, and justice for all lives on.

For biography of MLK, read HERE. Also, read "I've been to the Mountaintop", a speech by MLK a day before he was assssinated.

I took a short nab just now, and in my dreamy semi consciousness, I did indeed HAVE A DREAM ! I dreamt I was on a navy ship sailing somewhere in the planet of the apes, and a bunch of scary creatures looking like monkeys riding speed boats toward me and started to shout “I am cummmmmmmmmmming to you… You will explode in a few minutes...........”

Ahhh.... I digressed again ? But monkeys riding speed boats and speaking in English language ?

Oooooooo......., Blardy orgasmic ! Take My Hands, Precious Lord !

Different strokes....

I found the following article quite interesting. I am reproducing this article verbatim in this blog for your reading pleasure. It does enlightened me to realize that written history is not always a documentation of true accounts of past events. Human beings tend to have the revisionist tendencies to rewrite and retold history to glorify others people achievements as their own.

I am not an expert in the history of middle east, therefore, it is not my intention to dispute or agree with the arguments of Peter BetBasoo. As far as I am concern, what is past is past. No matter how human beings attempt to rewrite, deny, or dispute history to suit their cultural pride or agenda, truth should be told, and truth shall always prevails. History should always be told and challenge in truthful and accurate manner for the betterment of humanity.

The reason I post this article is to enable readers of this blog to relook into human civilization with educated mind and different perspectives. I love to read news or articles with and open mind and different perspectives. I am an addict for mental stimulations. Sincerely, no insensitivity or offense is intended to any group of people. If you felt offended by this posting, my sincere apology for your misinterpretation of my intention.

The following is the article, Muslim Claims of Accomplishment, by Peter BetBasoo.

EDITOR'S NOTE: There is great need for setting the record straight on the history of the Middle East. The revisionism of the last few years will lead Western Civilization into bondage. The following letter by Assyrian scholar Peter BetBasoo is a very important step in the right direction. It was sent by Assyrian scholar Peter BetBasoo to Carly Fiorina, CEO of Hewlett Packard Corporation, in response to a speech she presented in Minneapolis on September 26, 2001. It is reprinted by permission. Please read and pass it on to others.

Dear Madame Fiorina:

It is with great interest that I read your speech delivered on September 26, 2001, titled "Technology, Business and Our way of Life: What's Next" [sic]. I was particularly interested in the story you told at the end of your speech, about the Arab civilization. As an Assyrian, a non-Arab, Christian native of the Middle East, whose ancestors reach back to 5000 B.C., I wish to clarify some points you made in this little story, and to alert you to the dangers of unwittingly being drawn into the Arabist ideology, which seeks to assimilate all cultures and religions into the Arab fold.

I know you are a very busy woman, but please find ten minutes to read what follows, as it is a perspective that you will not likely get from anywhere else. I will answer some of the specific points you made in your speech, then conclude with a brief perspective on this Arabist/Islamist ideology.

Arabs appeared on the world scene in 630 A.D., when the armies of Muhammad began their conquest of the Middle East. We should be very clear that this was a military conquest, not a missionary enterprise, and through the use of force, authorized by a declaration of a Jihad against infidels, Arabs were able to forcibly convert and assimilate non-Arabs and non-Muslims into their fold. Very few indigenous communities of the Middle East survived this - primarily Assyrians, Jews, Armenians and Coptics (of Egypt).

Having conquered the Middle East, Arabs placed these communities under a Dhimmi (see the book DHIMMI, by Bat Ye'Or) system of governance, where the communities were allowed to rule themselves as religious minorities (Christians, Jews and Zoroastrian). These communities had to pay a tax (called a Jizzya in Arabic) that was, in effect, a penalty for being non-Muslim, and that was typically 80% in times of tolerance and up to 150% in times of oppression. This tax forced many of these communities to convert to Islam, as it was designed to do.

You state, "its architects designed buildings that defied gravity." I am not sure what you are referring to, but if you are referring to domes and arches, the fundamental architectural breakthrough of using a parabolic shape instead of a spherical shape for these structures was made by the Assyrians more than 1300 years earlier, as evidenced by their archaeological record.

You state,

"its mathematicians created the algebra and algorithms that would enable the building of computers, and the creation of encryption."
The fundamental basis of modern mathematics had been laid down not hundreds but thousands of years before by Assyrians and Babylonians, who already knew of the concept of zero, of the Pythagorean Theorem, and of many, many other developments expropriated by Arabs (see HISTORY OF BABYLONIAN MATHEMATICS by Otto E. Neugebauer).

You state,

"its doctors examined the human body, and found new cures for disease."

The overwhelming majority of these doctors (99%) were Assyrians. In the fourth, fifth, and sixth centuries Assyrians began a systematic translation of the Greek body of knowledge into Assyrian. At first, they concentrated on the religious works but then quickly moved to science, philosophy and medicine. Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Galen, and many others were translated into Assyrian, and from Assyrian into Arabic. It is these Arabic translations which the Moors brought with them into Spain, and which the Spaniards translated into Latin and spread throughout Europe, thus igniting the European Renaissance.

By the sixth century A.D., Assyrians had begun exporting back to Byzantia their own works on science, philosophy and medicine. In the field of medicine, the Bakhteesho Assyrian family produced nine generations of physicians, and founded the great medical school at Gundeshapur (Iran). Also in the area of medicine, (the Assyrian) Hunayn ibn-Ishaq's textbook on ophthalmology, written in 950 A.D., remained the authoritative source on the subject until 1800 A.D.

In the area of philosophy, the Assyrian philosopher Job of Edessa developed a physical theory of the universe, in the Assyrian language, that rivaled Aristotle's theory, and that sought to replace matter with forces (a theory that anticipated some ideas in quantum mechanics, such as the spontaneous creation and destruction of matter that occurs in the quantum vacuum).

One of the greatest Assyrian achievements of the fourth century was the founding of the first university in the world, the School of Nisibis, which had three departments, theology, philosophy and medicine, and which became a magnet and center of intellectual development in the Middle East. The statutes of the School of Nisibis, which have been preserved, later became the model upon which the first Italian university was based (see THE STATUTES OF THE SCHOOL OF NISIBIS by Arthur Voobus).

When Arabs and Islam swept through the Middle East in 630 A.D., they encountered 600 years of Assyrian Christian civilization, with a rich heritage, a highly developed culture, and advanced learning institutions. It is this civilization that became the foundation of the Arab civilization.
You state,

"Its astronomers looked into the heavens, named the stars, and paved the way for space travel and exploration."

This is a bit melodramatic. In fact, the astronomers you refer to were not Arabs but Chaldeans and Babylonians (of present day south-Iraq), who for millennia were known as astronomers and astrologers, and who were forcibly Arabized and Islamized - so rapidly that by 750 A.D. they had disappeared completely.

You state,

"its writers created thousands of stories. Stories of courage, romance and magic. Its poets wrote of love, when others before them were too steeped in fear to think of such things."

There is very little literature in the Arabic language that comes from this period you are referring to (the Koran is the only significant piece of literature), whereas the literary output of the Assyrians and Jews was vast. The third largest corpus of Christian writing, after Latin and Greek, is by the Assyrians in the Assyrian language (also called Syriac).

You state,

"when other nations were afraid of ideas, this civilization thrived on them, and kept them alive. When censors threatened to wipe out knowledge from past civilizations, this civilization kept the knowledge alive, and passed it on to others."

This is a very important issue you raise, and it goes to the heart of the matter of what Arab/Islamic civilization represents. I reviewed a book titled HOW GREEK SCIENCE PASSED TO THE ARABS, in which author De Lacy O'Leary lists the significant translators and interpreters of Greek science. Of the 22 scholars listed, 20 were Assyrians, one was Persian and one an Arab. I state at the end of my review:

"The salient conclusion which can be drawn from O'Leary's book is that Assyrians played a significant role in the shaping of the Islamic world via the Greek corpus of knowledge. If this is so, one must then ask the question, what happened to the Christian communities which made them lose this great intellectual enterprise they had established? One can ask this same question of the Arabs. Sadly, O'Leary's book does not answer this question, and we must look elsewhere for the answer."

I did not answer this question I posed in the review because it was not the place to answer it, but the answer is very clear, the Christian Assyrian community was drained of its population through forced conversion to Islam (by the Jizzya), and once the community had dwindled below a critical threshold, it ceased producing the scholars that were the intellectual driving force of the Islamic civilization, and that is when the so called "Golden Age of Islam" came to an end (about 850 A.D.).

Islam the religion itself was significantly molded by Assyrians and Jews (see NESTORIAN INFLUENCE ON ISLAM and HAGARISM: THE MAKING OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD).

Arab civilization is not a progressive force, it is a regressive force; it does not give impetus, it retards. The great civilization you describe was not an Arab accomplishment, it was an Assyrian accomplishment that Arabs expropriated and subsequently lost when they drained, through the forced conversion of Assyrians to Islam, the source of the intellectual vitality that propelled it. What other Arab civilization has risen since? What other Arab successes can we cite?

You state,

"and perhaps we can learn a lesson from his [Suleiman] example: It was leadership based on meritocracy, not inheritance. It was leadership that harnessed the full capabilities of a very diverse population that included Christianity, Islamic, and Jewish traditions."

In fact, the Ottomans were extremely oppressive to non-Muslims. For example, young Christian boys were forcefully taken from their families, usually at the age of 8-10, and inducted into the Janissaries, (yeniceri in Turkish) where they were Islamized and made to fight for the Ottoman state. What literary, artistic or scientific achievements of the Ottomans can we point to? We can, on the other hand, point to the genocide of 750,000 Assyrians, 1.5 million Armenians and 400,000 Greeks in World War One by the Kemalist "Young Turk" government.

Arabs are engaged in an explicit campaign of destruction and expropriation of cultures and communities, identities and ideas. Wherever Arab civilization encounters a non-Arab one, it attempts to destroy it (as the Buddhist statues in Afghanistan were destroyed, as Persepolis was destroyed by the Ayotollah Khomeini).

This is a pattern that has been recurring since the advent of Islam, 1400 years ago, and is amply substantiated by the historical record. If the "foreign" culture cannot be destroyed, then it is expropriated, and revisionist historians claim that it is and was Arab, as is the case of most of the Arab "accomplishments" you cited in your speech. For example, Arab history texts in the Middle East teach that Assyrians were Arabs, a fact that no reputable scholar would assert, and that no living Assyrian would accept. Assyrians first settled Nineveh, one of the major Assyrian cities, in 5000 B.C., which is 5630 years before Arabs came into that area. Even the word 'Arab' is an Assyrian word, meaning "Westerner" (the first written reference to Arabs was by the Assyrian King Sennacherib, 800 B.C., in which he tells of conquering the "ma'rabayeh" - Westerners. See THE MIGHT THAT WAS ASSYRIA by H. W. F. Saggs).

Even in America this Arabization policy continues. On October 27th a coalition of seven Assyrian and Maronite organizations sent an official letter to the Arab American Institute asking it to stop identifying Assyrians and Maronites as Arabs, which it had been deliberately doing.
There are minorities and nations struggling for survival in the Arab ocean of the Middle East and Africa (Assyrians, Armenians, Coptics, Jews, southern Sudanese, Ethiopians, Nigerians...), and we must be very sensitive not to unwittingly and inadvertently support Islamic fascism and Arab Imperialism, with their attempts to wipe out all other cultures, religions and civilizations. It is incumbent upon each one of us to do our homework and research when making statements and speeches about these sensitive matters.

I hope you found this information enlightening. You may contact me at keepa@ninevehsoft.com for further questions.

Thank you for your consideration. Peter BetBasoo is an Assyrian from Iraq and the co-founder and director of the Assyrian International News Agency. He can be reached at peter@aina.org.

Most Admired Men and Women of 2007

USA TODAY and Gallop Poll conducted a survey on MOST ADMIRED men and women. The survey results are :

Most Admired Men
  1. George Bush (10%)
  2. Bill Clinton (8%)
  3. Al Gore (6%)
  4. Barack Obama (5%)
  5. Billy Graham (3%)
  6. Nelson Mandela (3%)
Reading the shocking news of Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto, being murdered barbarically by terrorists, I can now understand why USA is taking such a hard position in the world to protect democracy, peace, human rights, and civil order. Well, say whatever we want about President Bush. People from other parts of the world may hate him, but he got to do what he got to do. He is still the most admired and respected man of USA.

Bush is now the Most Admired Men ? Do you know Bush also keep a pet Scottish Terrier as pet dog. Dog is Haram !!! How can an Infidel be the "Most Admired Men" ? How can Gallop Poll be so insensitive to all those grievance and apology seekers' peaceful religion and merciful God ?

I kept a small pet dog, and I was approached by a "few doors away" neighbour to get rid of my dog. Because, he said the sight of my pet dog offended his religion's sensitivity. So, I know what sensitivity is all about for insensitive people.

Well, I guess to live peacefully, It is necessary to understand that we are, in order that we may know that they are not, so that, at last, we may realize that, we are not, and therefore they are.

ANyway, this is an insane world of illogical intolerance of logical. Brother Al Gore, please ask for a RECOUNT !!!!

The sad plights of migrant workers...

WE’RE LIVING LIKE DOGS ? Sad, but according to the Malay Mails' report, it happened to a group of pitiful migrant workers from Bangladesh ! Not wanting to rub salts on their wounds, but I believed, even the dogs have better living conditions. For further details, please read HERE.

Somethings are just not right when the irresponsible agents charged them RM 15K to bring them to Malaysia without securing the promised jobs and left them stranded without any money. I had yet to come across an irresponsible employment agent being prosecuted in the court of Malaysia ! Even if some of the "lucky" migrant workers managed to get jobs, their employers underpaid them, pay them nothing, and withold their travel documents. According to one migrant worker, “In my contract, it was stated that we would get RM800 a month but we ended up getting only RM400. From that, RM100 was deducted — as work levy....Every time we questioned our boss, we would be beaten.”

I believe this is not the first time migrant workers in Malaysia suffered reported inhumane treatments. It had happened to often. Perhaps, the government of Malaysia should publish, black list, and revoke the special permits granted to these irresponsible employment agents. As it is, it gave the impression that, these employment agents are nothing but a bunch of licensed human traffickers.

Oh Malaysians, since when we had became so immorally decadence ? These migrant workers sacrificed all their money and belongings to travel thousands of miles to come to Malaysia in search of a decent job and better economic conditions for their loved ones back home. But they end-up being cheated and abused by the wealthy agents and unscrupulous employers looking for cheap labours ! Has Malaysia slowly gaining the reputation for being the fertile ground that breeds contempts for human rights abuses ?

I do hope the Malaysian and Bangladeshi government can initiate more concerted efforts to prosecute the irresponsible employment agents and put them to jails. Maybe it would worth the while for our Malaysian embassy in Bangladesh to take out major advertisement campaigns in Bangladeshi media to inform pontential migrant workers that there are no more jobs in Malaysia. Hopefully, with better information disseminations, potential migrant workers from Bangladesh will not be so easily cheated to part away with their hard earned money to come to Malaysia to be abused. The sad fact is, there are ten of thousands of unemployed graduates in Malaysia, what makes these Bangladeshis think that they are better qualified than these local unemployed graduates to compete for the limited job vaccancies in Malaysia ?

For a few dollars more, some Malaysians lookout to the world with narrow mindsets and perverted greeds, but like it or not, the world is now looking at Malaysia with negative perceptions. Are we a nation that has been infested by vultures who are unscrupulous, immoral, heartless, with no sense of guilt, and incapable of remorse, to cheat poor people from under priviledged countries ? We are indeed a shameless country with farked up mentalities and faked righteousness.

To all these people who are responsible for the sad plights of the Bangladeshi, please try to put yourselves in their shoes. Please have some basic decency to treat your fellow human beings with respect and compassion.

Robby's Night...

I received this in my email.........

At the prodding of my friends, I am writing this story. My name is Mildred Hondorf. I am a former elementary school music teacher from Des Moines, Iowa. I've always supplemented my income by teaching piano lessons-something I've done for over 30 years. Over the years I found that children have many levels of musical ability. I've never had the pleasure of having a prodigy though I have taught some talented students.

However I've also had my share of what I call "musically challenged" pupils. One such student was Robby. Robby was 11 years old when his mother (a single Mom) dropped him off for his first piano lesson. I prefer that students (especially boys!) begin at an earlier age, which I explained to Robby.

But Robby said that it had always been his mother's dream to hear him play the piano. So I took him as a student. Well, Robby began with his piano lessons and from the beginning I thought it was a hopeless endeavor. As much as Robby tried, he lacked the sense of tone and basic rhythm needed to excel But he dutifully reviewed his scales and some elementary pieces that I require all my students to learn.

Over the months he tried and tried while I listened and cringed and tried to encourage him. At the end of each weekly lesson he'd always say, "My mom's going to hear me play someday." But it seemed hopeless. He just did not have any inborn ability. I only knew his mother from a distance as she dropped Robby off or waited in her aged car to pick him up. She always waved and smiled but never stopped in.

Then one day Robby stopped coming to our lessons.

I thought about calling him but assumed because of his lack of ability, that he had decided to pursue something else. I also was glad that he stopped coming. He was a bad advertisement for my teaching!

Several weeks later I mailed to the student's homes a flyer on the upcoming recital. To my surprise Robby (who received a flyer) asked me if he could be in the recital. I told him that the recital was for current pupils and because he had dropped out he really did not qualify. He said that his mother had been sick and unable to take him to piano lessons but he was still practicing " Miss Hondorf I've just got to play!" he insisted.

I don't know what led me to allow him to play in the recital. Maybe it was his persistence or maybe it was something inside of me saying that it would be all right. The night for the recital came. The high school gymnasium was packed with parents, friends and relatives. I put Robby up last in the program before I was to come up and thank all the students and play a finishing piece. I thought that any damage he would do would come at the end of the program and I could always salvage his poor performance through my "curtain closer."

Well, the recital went off without a hitch. The students had been practicing and it showed. Then Robby came up on stage. His clothes were wrinkled and his hair looked like he'd run an eggbeater through it. "Why didn't he dress up like the other students?" I thought. "Why didn't his mother at least make him comb his hair for this special night?"

Robby pulled out the piano bench and he began. I was surprised when he announced that he had chosen Mozart's Concerto #21 in C Major. I was not prepared for what I heard next. His fingers were light on the keys, they even danced nimbly on the ivories. He went from pianissimo to fortissimo. From allegro to virtuoso. His suspended chords that Mozart demands were magnificent! Never had I heard Mozart played so well by people his age. After six and a half minutes he ended in a grand crescendo and everyone was on their feet in wild applause.
Overcome and in tears I ran up on stage and put my arms around Robby in joy. "I've never heard you play like that Robby! How'd you do it? " Through the microphone Robby explained: "Well Miss Hondorf . Remember I told you my Mom was sick? Well, actually she had cancer and passed away this morning And well . . . She was born deaf so tonight was the first time she ever heard me play. I wanted to make it special."

There wasn't a dry eye in the house that evening. As the people from Social Services led Robby from the stage to be placed into foster care, noticed that even their eyes were red and puffy and I thought to myself how much richer my life had been for taking Robby as my pupil.

No, I've never had a prodigy but that night I became a prodigy. . . Of Robby's. He was the teacher and I was the pupil for it is he that taught me the meaning of perseverance and love and believing in yourself and maybe even taking a chance in someone and you don't know why.

A tribute to a Malaysian Hero.

"...As they came out past the rocks, they were yelling and screaming, the Malaysians who made it to the rocks leaned over and grabbed the people as they went past. They got down to two people left, a male and a female in the water, and the man was within reach. Instead of grasping the hand stretched out for him, he pushed the woman towards it. She got pulled out of the water but in pushing her within reach, he pushed himself out of reach, he saved her life but it's likely that he lost his own......."

Kerk Zi On, a 25 years old Malaysian Chinese and graduate of Queensland University, was missing and feared drown after he selflessly saves the life of a woman at Honeymoon Bay on Moreton Island off south-east Queensland on Wednesday.

Read Missing student hailed as hero.

Let us all pray for the safety of Zi On and hope the rescue team can be successful in their mission to locate this selfless hero. In their times of anxieties and uncertainties, my thoughts and prayers go out to Zi On's family. Almighty, please provide your most merciful protection to this hero of humanity. To the parents of Zi On, we are humbled by such courage and heroic act, may the Almighty bless you for raising such an honourable and selfless son.

In the name of religions......

Whether we like it or not, the world is now at war with each other. We are not experiencing the wars between nations, but grouping of people under the same commonality of perverted religious values to stage and instigate unrests and violences against others. The illogical reasoning of religions seemed to be the favorite justifications for instigating hatreds and violences against other religions. This illogical ideological wars has break new frontiers of using religion as weapon of mass deception to brainwash its followers to commit barbaric and satanic acts.

What are the motives of the so called self proclaimed leaders of these religions ? I do not know. Perhaps, they want to be idolized as heroes in times of instabilities and troubles. Perhaps, there are hosts of other reasons. It is not up to me to speculate. He who instigate violences and destructions in the name of God are usually people who lost hope in their own religion and had lost faith in God.

We are now living in the 21st century, but we are also being regressed into the dark age of humanity. Religions are pitted against each others to established superiority position in the minds of the monkeys. We imposed and transgressed the religious rights of others, claiming that it is our rights to do so in the name of our God. We are after all, a bunch of uncivilized demented minds.

Sad to note that, every religion marketed their position as religion of peace and love, and its God the most merciful and benevolent. But resorted to gain publicities and superiority through violences, hatreds, and intolerances. Almost all mass violences and terrorist acts in the world today are committed in the name of religions. I find it amazing that, majority of the followers of the so called religions of peace did not came out to condemned the perpetrators whenever a mass violence or terrorist act is committed. Instead, the world is being asked my the followers of the particular religion involved to understand the root cause of the violence and terrorist act, and be sympathetic to the aggressors. These followers of so called religions of peace are the worst culprits and indirect terrorists. They are the worst mass murderers and hypocrites that commit atrocities against mankind in our modern history. I do wonder how they can come to terms with their insanity, self proclaimed righteousness, and their faked religiosity.

Increasingly, we also came across cowards who tried to impose their religious values on others by resorting to cruelty on animals such as dogs, pigs, cows, etc. Misguided or otherwise, whether their religions are religions of peace or otherwise, I sincerely do not wish to comment further. But I guess it is suffice to say that, their actions speak for themselves. My only frank comment is, if we have any differing opinions on others' religions, we should refrained from venting our frustration on helpless animals and violences against innocent people.

The proper and civilize avenue to resolve differing religious values and opinions is through dialogs and discussions in forum. Let us not resorting to barbarisms using act of violences, act of instigating hatreds, act of using force to impose and transgressed into the beliefs of others, or any other form of despicable indirect act that may cause hardships and sufferings to others.

I do not wish to offend any religions. But sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, I do hope sanity prevails. If a follower of our religion committed violences, murders, or any acts against the law, it is our duty as the believer in God to speak up against such act and condemned the perpetrators as criminals. Let us not resorts to justified their acts with excuses simply because these criminals belongs to the same religious movement as ours. The insanity against humanity must stop immediately, let us not be perverted to shout the slogan of peace and love on one hand, but, on the other hand, provide immoral and indirect support to these misguided people who used religions as justification to quench their thirst for bloods and other ulterior motives.

God do not need mortal being like us to defend his good name or position. Let us not be deluded to think that it is our duty to defend God. Have a peace with yourselves, and be peaceful towards others. Keep your belief to yourselves, respect the beliefs of others, and most important of all, mind your own business.

I felt nauseated to see triads organizations invoking the power of God in secret rituals to offer divine protection to their gangsters to conduct extortions, kidnapping, murders, and all sorts of criminal activities. How are these rituals different from mass violences and terrorisms conducted in the name of God ?

Name me one God that asked his followers to commit murders and violences against others. There are NONE ! I believe in religions that preached peace and love. Beyond that, all other religions that urged their followers to commit crimes, murders, and violences are satanic cults, and its followers, satan worshippers and barbarians.

My coffee do taste very bitter this morning...... this restic seventh day is, but a painful reminder of humanity approaching its end of galaxical journey to self destruction. Life is, afterall, a game that nobody gets out alive. The promised eternity is, but an over glorified illusion and insanity. In the mean time, I would like to live a secular life publicly, and a religious life privately. For the moment, heaven is on earth for me, please do not contaminate my habitat with your deluded and demented religious superiority.

Is there God ? Is there God ? Om Mani Pedme Hum.

Terry Fox

A tribute to Terry Fox
(July 28, 1958 – June 28, 1981)

A heroic Canadian who sacrificed his life to the cause of charity.
May we all remember his good deeds to humanity.

In the early 80's, I was still a college student in Canada. Time flies, more than 20 years has gone by. Occasionally I do recalled back the memories of my life as a student in Canada. Those were good old days of young man in search of knowledge in foreign land. I cherished those good memories of interacting with friendly and supportive people in a friendly country.

There is one young Canadian I find it hard to forget - Terry Fox. The young Canadian initiated the Marathon Of Hope to raise fund for cancer research. I can still recalled the grit and determined face of this young man on TV screen as he determinedly run across Canada on one leg and one artificial leg.

Terry Fox started his Marathon of Hope on April 12 1980 from Newfoundland by dipping his leg in Atlantic Ocean. His intended to complete his marathon run by dipping his leg in the Pacific Ocean at Victoria, british Columbia. After 143 days of running ( limping), he was forced to stop his quest on September 1st 1980 due to the worsening of bone cancer spreading to his lung. In total he covered more than 5000KM passing through Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Ontario.

Terry Fox passed away on June 28th 1981. He was only 23 years old. Although he was unable to complete his Marathon Of Hope, but he helped raised awareness for Cancer research and Millions of dollars were collected for charity and research. He had also inspired “Terry Fox Run” in many parts of the world in September every year to raise money for cancer research. He was voted the most Famous Canadian of the 20th century.

Please visit The Terry Fox Foundation to learn more about how this young man single handedly trying to make this world better place for humanity.

A marauder on the high seas

Don't you know,
the Captain of the ship,
looks at things from different perspectives,
his objective is to bring the crew safely home,
and the ship to a safe harbour.

You said,
let's not be personal,
this is a real world.
Let the ship sink.
You owed no body a living.
Forget about others past contributions and sacrifices.
why feed those who out lived their purpose ?
You want your stakes now.
So, you want your escape boat,
to row to the nearest no man land,
where you can keep your loots with grins......

How many times have you loots others and abandon ship ?
How many times have you crawled back to seek acceptance ?
How many times have WE nursed you back to health ?
You know, you are not only ungrateful,
but self centred, selfish, and full of deceits.
You are a barrel of laughs...

So many frantic and annoying calls,
It is not that WE do not hear your calls,
It is because WE refused to be deceived by you again.
From you, no news is good news.
Don't spoil our celebratory moods with your sad tales,
WE do not owe you a living.

Life 101

This morning, I received an unexpected long distant called from a “relative”. She called to confide her unhappiness over the ungratefulness and greediness of her ex-husband. I guess she is probably trying to seek support for her grievances. As far as I am concern, her relationships between her and her ex-husband is of no concern to me. As much as I empathize with her sad tales, but, as a matter of principle, I do not like to be deceived or to indulge in other people's private affairs. After listening for a while, I changed the subject, and asked about her career and other matters. Financially she is doing okay. Emotionally I am not sure. She is probably trying to fill the voids in her by doing cities hopping, and came back occasionally to see her daughter. I did told her that, the more she complain, the more unhappy she will become. It does not make any practical sense to still have emotional attachment to her ex-husband which she already legally severed relationship. I did advised her to make a clean break and start investing her times to find herself a more caring and responsible soulmate to move on with life.

In life, each and everyone of us had our fair share of experiences dealing with ungrateful people. These experiences, whether we like it or not, are unavoidable parts and parcels of life's journey. But how do you deal with ungrateful people ? Honestly, when it happened, I do felt momentarily sadness, but not unhappy or felt hurt. Because, deep down in me, when I extend my help or sacrifices to people, whether they are ungrateful or otherwise, I did it out of sincerity and love from my heart, without any conditions attached, and expect nothing in return. So, I never felt hurt by insincere and ungrateful people. I take it that whatever “misdeeds” that have been done on me are probably the seeds of my karma from my previous life. So, as a Buddhist, I accept whatever that have been hurled at me with gratitude and dignity, and try my best to do good in this life times. I count myself lucky in the sense that, somehow, the almighty always compensate my “losses” with even greater abundances.

Life is short and precious, so why waste your breaths and energies on ungrateful people ? Do you honestly believe that ungrateful people have any sense of guilts ? Ungrateful people will always do whatever that are necessary to conduct deceits and blamed others for their failures, that is their lifestyles. The best thing to do is to take every negative things that had been unfairly hurled against you with dignity, learn from the experiences, move on with life, and focus on whatever you are doing to achieve your life's mission and goals.

Ungrateful people live in a very fatalistic misconception of life, seek pities from others for their “misfortunes”, and will always attempt to run down people who help them to seek recognition of self worth and glories. Why allow yourself to be emotionally tangled with ungrateful people who seemed to think that you are their slave or owe them a living. Let the ungrateful people gratify their misdeed with their lies, tattle tales, sad stories, rumors, or whatever. There are always perverts out there willing to lend their ears to ungrateful people to cheer them on. Well, what can I say, some mothers do have them, and they do walked among us. But, looking at the positive side, these people are quite entertaining with their dramatic eloquence, and that's what makes life interesting.

Whatever actions ungrateful people attempt to orchestra against you are basically actions to gratify their non appreciation of ethics and morality, it will not hurt you. So, just let it be. Count your blessing that, at least, while you are still alive, you are graced with the opportunities to identify and eliminate one more ungrateful people from ever coming close to you again.

Let us face it, ungrateful people will never be satisfied by whatever helps you rendered to them, they will always expect more from you, always complained about not getting enough help, and live in a state of mental siege of unhappiness and greediness. It is within your power to protect yourself by just simply ignore their existence. The natural law of karma and vipakka basically states that, eventually, ungrateful people will be burdened with angers of their unsuccessful attempts to seek yours and other people's attention, their angers will turn into hatreds, and finally they are stressed out by their misplaced hatreds, because they always end up consumed by all the emotional burdens they initiated.

So, the next time if you have the funny unhappy feelings that you are betrayed by ungrateful people, do yourself a favour, please don't ever allow yourself to indulge in these unwelcome emotional baggages. Buddhism says, the attachment to negative emotional feelings is a sufferings, so discard them immediately, and move on with life.......

Have a Shay Day.......

I received this beautiful story in my mail box this evening. If you like this little story, please pass it on to your friends to rekindle the sparks of love and humanity. Well, what else can I say ? Have a Shay Day..............

Two Choices

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves learning-disabled children, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question: "When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do. Where is the natural order of things in my son?"

The audience was stilled by the query.

The father continued. "I believe, that when a child like Shay, physically and mentally handicapped comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child."

Then he told the following story:

Shay and his father had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, "Do you think they'll let me play?"
Shay's father knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but the father also understood that if his son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.

Shay's father approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, "We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning."

Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. His Father watched with a small tear in his eye and warmth in his heart. The boys saw the father's joy at his son being accepted. In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three. In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as his father waved to him from the stands.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.

At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game? Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.

However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact. The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed. The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay. As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.

The game would now be over. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.

Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates. Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, "Shay, run to first! Run to first!" Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base. He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.

Everyone yelled, "Run to second, run to second!" Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base. By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball ... the smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team. He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head. Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.

All were screaming, "Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay"

Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, "Run to third! Shay, run to third!"

As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, "Shay, run home! Run home!" Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team.

"That day", said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, "the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world".

Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making his father so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!

Holocaust Martyrs’ and Heroes’ Remembrance

This year's Holocaust Martyrs’ and Heroes’ Remembrance falls on on Sunday, 15 April 2007. The ceremony will be held at Warsaw Ghetto Square, Yad Vashem, Har Hazikaron, Jerusalem. The Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day, also known as Yom Hashoah in Hebrew, is a national day in Israel to remember the six million Jews, including 1.5 million children, murdered in the Holocaust during World War Two.

Lest we forgot, the Holocaust was the most painful tragedy of mankind's modern history where millions of innocent people and children were murdered due to misguided hatreds and racial pariahisms. Survivors and descendants of the holocaust survivors continued to silently screamed in pain inflicted by the past emotional and psychological scars. I guess I am not wrong too assume that, generations and generations of Jews will continue to hate the Germans for their past misdeeds. It is my sincere hope and prayer that the present generation of Jews can have the grace and magnanimity to let go of the burden of hatreds, let not the hatreds be passed to the next generation to let the emotional wounds bleed forever. Let not the children be taught to hate the children of your enemies, for they are all innocent souls with potential for greater generosity, passion, and love.

Remember we must, otherwise, mankind will never learn from this painful and shameful history. We must not deny the existence of the holocaust due to our political, religion, and racial biases and preferences. We must not forget the sufferings of all those innocent souls who was tortured and murdered by all those misguided racists with misplaced hatreds. Let us all be reminded of these sufferings and let not history repeat itself. Let us all have the moral courage to not keep silent or collaborate with misguided opportunists to cause misdeeds and ill treatments on other group of fellow human beings. Let us all stand firm to have the sanity and morality to reject all forms of human rights violations, inequality, and racially motivated political propaganda.

It is my sincere prayer that, the present Israel learned from this terrible holocaust, please do not do unto others what others do unto you, and practice great restraints to not allow herself to be provoked into using her superior military advantage to cause sufferings to her neighbours in the name of self defense. It is also my sincere prayer that Israel's neighbours respect Israel's rights to exist, and not allowed herselves to be influenced by religious intolerance and racial pariahs into senseless and unprovoked violences with Israel.

While the Jews are conducting traditional rites of public bereavement on this day of sorrows, let us all share their pains and pledge not to be influenced or manipulated by insanity to germinate another seed of future genocide against Israel or other group of people. Never ! Never ! Never ! Would wars and violences conducted in the name of GOD bring peace ? God ( be it mine or yours ) want all of us to live in peace and celebrate the sacredness of life, but not glorifying deaths or sufferings ! Please put aside religion's biases and misplaced hatreds. Be shameful of our past misdeeds, learn the lesson, talk the language of love, tolerance, mutual respects, and have the courage to embrace PEACE. Religions and racial harmony should be used to promote peace and betterment of life. Please stop all these despicable acts of using the good names of religions and racial ignorances to promote further misdeeds and hatreds. Do you derived satisfactions seeing the sufferings of innocent people and children ?

May the souls of those who perished during the holocaust rest in peace. May God lessen the pains and memories of the survivors and their descendants. Om mani padme hum... Om Namo Amithaba Buddha.

( Note : Sincerely, no insensitivity is intended by this posting to any "religiously" inclined people or religions. And, hopefully, today is not a day of any religious significant that may rendered this posting to be religiously offensive and insensitive. International Holocaust Commemoration Day

January 27th 2007 was the 63rd anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. In October 2005, United Nations adopted January 27th as the International Holocaust Commemoration Day in memory of the victims of holocaust. The 2007 observance of the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust was held in the General Assembly Hall at United Nations Headquarters on 29 January from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

This sad chapter of modern civilizations glared the murderous natures of humanity - of one group of inferiority complex crazy bastards satanically attempt to exterminate another race to gain immoral existence. 63 years had passed, what have we learned from this sad chapter ? Looking around at the present happenings, there are indeed many parallel eerie resemblances leading to another possibility of holocaust. Do these international criminals have no mercy and compassion on the innocents, the elderly, the women, and the children ? Are we going to allow subspecies created in Satan's image murdering human beings created in God's image ? What sadistic satisfactions would these subspecies achieved with their senseless acts ?

The United nations "condemns without reservation any denial of the holocaust" so that human being with reasonable minds can learn from the history of this dark chapter of human barbarisms. Ban Ki-moon, the new Secretary General of United nations said "Denying historical facts, especially on such an important subject as the Holocaust, is just not acceptable. Nor is it acceptable to call for the elimination of any State or people. I would like to see this fundamental principle respected both in rhetoric and in practice by all the members of the international community." It is indeed very sad to note that there are desperate politicians out there, wanting to perpetuate their popularity and sustain their immoral stay, leading the mentally blinds to deny the existence of Holocausts with their politic of hatreds.

The mass slaughtering of Armenians was a holocaust. The 9/11 destruction of USA's World Trade centre was a Holocaust, The mass murdering of Iraqi Kurds was a holocaust. The Nanjing Massacres was a holocaust. Racial riots are holocaust. And the list goes on...... Why are we trying so desperately to deny the existence of these despicable events ? Why are we trying to rewrite history ?

To all the victims of the holocausts, may God bless your souls. Rest in peace.

May human beings have the courages to learn from history, and the pride to do the right things morally to preserve peace. Shame yourselves no more with your evil ideologies, intolerances, arrogances, decadences, and hatreds. Respect Human Rights and learn to appreciate diversities in cultures, creeds, races, and religions. Let not your hatreds and ignorances be passed to your next generations. Instigate not your next generation toward another holocaust ! NEVER AGAIN !

With tears in my eyes, I wish PEACE be upon you. Namo Amithaba Buddha....

Ignorantly yours !!!!

As a young boy born into a migrant family, my father told me this country is a beautiful country and land of opportunities compared to his "motherland". He took up jobs that no other Malaysians wanted to do. He worked hard to earn wages to support his family, law abiding, and donated generously when there are calls that touched his heart.

He joined the home guard to defend the security of the country, and joined local political party to promote interest of his community. In his little way, he contributed to the economic progress and nation building of Malaysia. He teaches us to respect the national flag and inculcate loyalty to the country. At the end of his life, he died a proud Malaysian but in his tired eyes, I see a sense of deep regret. A deep regret that, he has not been fairly treated by his adoptive country simply because there are too many racial pariahs and religion fanatics running around like rabbied dogs.

Now, I am the second generation Malaysian. I am born a Malaysian. My "motherland" is Malaysia. I have my ups and downs living in this "blessed" land. Honestly, I can "run" to other countries like my father before me, but I now, it doesn't matter which land I landed, at the end of the day breathing my last breaths, I do not want my children to see my eyes of regrets. Idiots and bastards can hurl whatever racial slurs such as "China ah pek", "go back to China", etc. Idiots and bastards can also demand rights and privileges along racial and religion line to perpetuate recognition of their inferiority complex. But I am born a Malaysian, I have no intention to run to anywhere, I shall make my last stand HERE. Good begets good, and bad begets bad. I shall reciprocate the treatments I received.

So go ahead, be an international pariah going around the world farting faked righteousness, justice, and religiosity. You honestly think it is religiously correct and morally acceptable for you to impose unfair biases to your own countrymen in your own country ? Honestly, we are what we said of others. The world is a stage, and I am enjoying watching the clowns farting their misguided moralities and justices.

I was told not to believe the news sources from foreign media and newspapers because they are biased. But looking at the local newspapers and media, would I want to subject myself to their propagandized stupidities ? I am an educated man, don't you think I am a better judge than all those unconsciously incompetence and decadence rent seekers ? What makes you think I should subject myself to be intellectually and mentally abused by the immoral half truths or intentional non reporting of truths ? Truth and morality is indeed has became a a rare commodity. I resorted to reliance on news sources from other countries, and I stop buying local newspapers or watching local TV programmes for many years already. But does that made me an ignorant man ? I don't think so ! I am now a better informed man capable of differentiating truths, half truths, and lies.

I see faces of agonies on the victims of the recent floods in southern Malaysia. I do not even bother to blink my eyes or show any emotion or sympathy. Have I become an uncompassionate man ? Truth of the matter is, I don't care any more. After all, why should I ? Aren't these the job of righteous politicians ? Why should I bother ? Let those hotshots in the power hallways demonstrate their competency in managing the plights of suffering Malaysians, otherwise they will end up having too much time indulging in unproductive communal politics and arrogant demands. Between communal politics and human miseries, which is more important ?

If I have became an uncompassionate man by your definition, then don't blame me ! Blame it on the system of 50 years of social engineering. I am merely an educated man trying his best to adapt to the system. I have learned, the world is not my stage..... In the mean, say or condemn whatever you want about me, I have adapted and become one of "them". I am loving every moment of sipping my black aromatic coffee while watching the clouds move and listening to the swirling winds.

There are seasons for everything, everything happens with reasons, and the seasons go round and round....... I submit my fate to the wheel of kama and vipakkaI, and I leave it to my God to judge me

Unanswered Prayers.....

I spotted this news item on Yahoo News today.

Letters to God end up in ocean, unread
By WAYNE PARRY, Associated Press Writer
Thu Nov 2, 2:07 PM ET

Some of the letters are comical (a man asking God to let him win the lottery, twice), others are heartbreaking (a distraught teen asking forgiveness for an abortion, an unwed mother pleading with God to make the baby's father marry her).

The letters — about 300 in all, sent to a New Jersey minister — ended up dumped in the ocean, most of them unopened.

The minister died two years ago at 79. How the letters, some dating to 1973, wound up bobbing in the surf is a mystery.

"There are hundreds of lives here, a lot of struggle, washed up on the beach," said Bill Lacovara, a Ventnor insurance adjuster who was fishing last month with his son when he spotted a flowered plastic shopping bag and waded out to retrieve it. "This is just a hint of what really happens. How many letters like this all over the world aren't being opened or answered?"

Many of the letters were addressed to the Rev. Grady Cooper, though many more simply said "Altar." According to the text of several of them, they were intended to be placed on a church's altar and prayed over by the minister, the congregation or both.

Some were neatly written in script on white-lined paper, others in a feverish scrawl on tattered scraps of parchment or note cards. Many were crinkled from being in the water and then dried out after Lacovara fished them out of the sea.

A dog-eared business card inside one of the letters identified Cooper as associate pastor of the Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Jersey City. A woman who answered the phone at the church office confirmed Cooper once was a minister there, and had died nearly two years ago. The current pastor did not return several calls from The Associated Press over the past few days.

Other documents in the bag, including bank statements and canceled checks, also listed Cooper's name and an address for him in Jersey City. A death certificate issued in 2004 for a Grady Cooper lists the same address as those on the bank documents and some of the letters.

His wife, Frances, whose name also showed up on some of the letters at the same address, died in 2000, according to Hudson County records.

No one answered the door last week at the address where Cooper once lived, and a neighbor said he did not recall anyone by that name. Attempts to locate Cooper's relatives were unsuccessful.

Lacovara speculated that someone cleaning out Cooper's home found the letters and threw them on the beach in Atlantic City, about 100 miles from Jersey City.

"I guess rather than just throw them in the garbage, maybe they thought they'd set them out to sea to bless these people," he said. "So they made a trip to Atlantic City, maybe went to a casino, and put the letters in the water."

The letters, wrapped in several smaller brown paper bags inside the larger plastic bag, did not appear to have been in the water too long, Lacovara said, though about half were too badly damaged to be legible.

He opened a few with his son, Rocky, on the beach. The first few were humorous.

"I'm still praying to hit the lottery twice: first the $50,000," one man wrote. "Than after some changes have taken place let me hit the millionaire."

Another asked God to make a certain someone "leave me alone and stay off my back," while still another asks God to calm a woman who "call the Internal Revenue on me."

One woman complained that her husband always talks about sex, and another writer anonymously dropped a dime to God on someone cheating on his wife, complete with dates, times and locations.

But those, Lacovara soon found, were the exception.

Many more were written by anguished spouses, children or widows, pouring out their hearts to God, asking for help with relatives who were using drugs, gambling or cheating on them. One man wrote from prison, saying he was innocent and wanted to be back home with his family. A woman wrote that her boyfriend was now closing the door to her daughter's bedroom each night when it used to stay open, and wondered why.

A teenager poured out her heart on yellow-lined paper in the curlicue pencil handwriting of a schoolgirl, begging God to forgive her and asking for a second chance.

"Lord, I know that I have had an abortion and I killed one of your angels," she wrote. "There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about the mistake I made."

One unwed mother wrote that her baby was due in four weeks, and asked God to make the father fall in love with her and marry her so the child would have a father.

Lacovara said he is sad that most of the writers never had their letters read. But he hopes to change that soon: He is putting the collection up for sale on eBay.
