Raja Petra Kamarudin
“If you read my article and understand English, you will see that I asked questions, not made allegations.” - Raja Petra Kamarudin, Malaysia's most famous blogger. Read further at Malaysian Insider
He was charged under Malaysia's seditious law for publishing an article in Malaysia Today (“Let's send the Altantuya murderers to Hell”) and was remanded at the Sungai Buloh Prison.
He is not only famous blogger in Malaysia, but also a very gutsy, outspoken, and influential blogger. Like it or not, he has been perceived as the champion of independent voice against the MSM in Malaysia. To a certain extend, his blog posts had shaped and influenced the net savvy and educated Malaysians, and indirectly helped the Pakatan Rakyat's to secure victories in the recent general elections.
What's next ? Maybe he should be the Prime Minister in waiting. Come to think of it, it is not such a bad idea at all...........
