Parking Bay for the Mentally Handicapped ?


I received this picture in my email today. Hmmm.... strange ! How come this shopping complex reserved such a big parking space for the "Mentally Handicapped" but not the "Physically Handicapped" ?

that is the problem with our people, i always heard about "third world minded" and that is the proof, that such thing happen almost every time when i on any parking spot, even there is two slot but because "mentality handicapped" only his/her car can be put there...

sigh* we need to change~
